In general, returns are not issued for “buyer’s remorse” or changing your mind. Please be careful when you order and contact us at email@example.com with any questions before ordering.
What if the order is damaged in the mail, damaged in manufacturing, not the right order or size that you ordered and is stated on your receipt:
Please immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Tell us what the problem is and include photos of the problem. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct and check with your local post office to try to find the lost order.
If still not found, please contact us at email@example.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
What happens if a package isn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it did?
Please contact the courier if the tracking states that it was delivered but you did not receive it. Please ask them to tell you where they delivered it and if it could have been delivered to another address. This kind of thing rarely happens, but in case it does. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date about a possible replacement.
