This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Fulfillment Time:

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques

97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Shipping Time:

Free Shipping: 5-10 business days.

Estimated Delivery Date:

Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time = 7 to 15 business days.

These fulfilment and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipment Tracking:

When your order ships you will receive an email with a link to our shipment tracking page. You can also sign up for shipment notifications on that page.

 

Return Policy

Returns of T-shirts, Apparel and Accessories: 

In general, returns are not issued for “buyer’s remorse” or changing your mind.  Please be careful when you order and contact us at admin@antarcticempire.com with any questions before ordering.

What if the order is damaged in the mail, damaged in manufacturing, not the right order or size that you ordered and is stated on your receipt:

Please immediately contact us at admin@antarcticempire.com . Tell us what the problem is and include photos of the problem.  We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct and check with your local post office to try to find the lost order. 

If still not found, please contact us at admin@antarcticempire.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.  We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

What happens if a package isn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it did?

Please contact the courier if the tracking states that it was delivered but you did not receive it. Please ask them to tell you where they delivered it and if it could have been delivered to another address. This kind of thing rarely happens, but in case it does.  Please contact us at admin@antarticempire.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date about a possible replacement.
